Our Story

From Prayer to Purpose: A Journey of Faith and Service

The Women of Faith and Testimony Ministry was established from a daily prayer line initiated by Mrs. Patricia Wabomnor in 2013. During the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, she saw firsthand the suffering of many in Nigeria whose livelihoods were devastated by lockdowns.

In response to this need, Mrs. Wabomnor and members of the prayer line came together to create the Diaspora “Feed The Poor” program, which was launched in April 2020.

Our Programs

Empowering Lives, Spreading Hope

Food Distribution
Every month, we provide non-perishable
food items to over 100 families, helping
them meet their basic needs and
reminding them of God’s care.
Youth Empowerment
We sponsor young people in vocational training to empower them with skills for
self-sufficiency. Current beneficiaries
include Eniola (16), Kassim (21), and
Saheed.
Support for Children
To ensure children are nourished, we
serve hot meals and bread to around 80 children and their families each month.

WOFT is a young ministry, yet we have been blessed to see meaningful impact in the lives we touch.

Our Future Goals

Team Support
With your support, we believe we can uplift even more lives, helping those in abject poverty gain opportunities to thrive.
